These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the j2jl platform and all services offered through j2jl.com. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one j2jl account. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be suspended and balances forfeited.
All bonuses at j2jl are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms, including rollover multipliers and eligible games, are specified per promotion.
j2jl prohibits the use of bots, exploits, collusion, or any form of cheating. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) j2jl account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. j2jl uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at j2jl's sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. j2jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify j2jl's support team immediately via live chat or email. j2jl can temporarily lock your account upon request while an investigation is conducted.
j2jl is required to verify the identity of its members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time j2jl deems appropriate.
Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, and UMID card.
j2jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false information, or conduct that j2jl determines to be harmful to the Platform or other members. In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
j2jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods:
All transactions on the j2jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your j2jl wallet, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your designated payment method, subject to any applicable processing fees disclosed at the time of the transaction.
The minimum deposit amount at j2jl is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method used.

j2jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the same name as the j2jl account holder.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited by the Member are generally available for withdrawal at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements. Please refer to Section 5 for full details on bonus terms.
j2jl offers various bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
📌 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by j2jl are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
Bonuses are available to eligible j2jl members only. j2jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Members who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent participation may not be eligible for certain promotions.
j2jl takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimizing risk, and colluding with other members to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, j2jl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the account.
Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Member's account automatically. j2jl is not obligated to notify Members of impending bonus expiry, though it may do so as a courtesy.
Each game available on the j2jl platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.
All j2jl casino games that use random number generation (RNG) employ certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and transparency.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, j2jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Member's account. j2jl will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with j2jl's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. j2jl will investigate the matter and provide a written response within five (5) business days. The decision of j2jl's dispute resolution team is final and binding.

Anti-Money Laundering: j2jl complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. All Members are subject to AML screening and may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
All content on the j2jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of j2jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of j2jl.
The j2jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of j2jl Casino. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
j2jl strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond j2jl's control. j2jl will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if j2jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, j2jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j2jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. j2jl is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you.
j2jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting j2jl's support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j2jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the government body responsible for overseeing legal gaming operations in the Philippines, and j2jl's operations are conducted in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and guidelines.
